Private
and Group Instruction The
unique Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studio teaching method includes regularly
scheduled private instruction as well as group technique lessons. Private
instruction with two or more key teachers provides each student with the
specialized and personalized attention necessary to develop the ability to lead
or follow a partner. Group lessons are an important aid to private
instuction, in that patterns, technique, and style are featured in these
lessons.
Parties,
Practice Sessions, and Dancing Events Parties
and Practice Sessions provide an ideal atmosphere in which to practice with
teachers and other students. Practice parties are held Friday evenings
from 8:15 to 9:15. Group classes are available before each party.
Special guest parties introduce new people and friends of student to the studio
activities. Guest parties are held on Thursday evenings from 8:15 to

In
addition to our weekly events, we host holiday parties and exhibitions
throughout the year.
Competitions
The
world-class regional and national Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studio
competitions offer our students the chance to strut their stuff in style as
they compete against other amateur dancers from across North America.
